Return Policy:
Thank you for ordering Protexid. As stated in our advertising, if you are unhappy with our product for any reason, you may return it for a full refund (less shipping and handling fees) within either 30 or 60 Days of your Delivery Date. (We determine your delivery date by the Tracking Number of your parcel provided to us by either USPS or UPS. Single initial bottle orders are eligible for the 30 Day Return Policy; all other initial orders are eligible for the 60 Day Return Policy).
Please note that we cannot issue refunds for Protexid orders that are returned after the Return Policy Period has expired. Protexid orders that are returned beyond the Return Policy Period will not be sent back unless requested by the customer, and the customer agrees to pay a $10.00 Re-Shipment Fee.
Return Policy for auto-ship and preferred customer program customers
Please note that we cannot issue refunds for Protexid orders purchased from our auto-ship or preferred customer program. Protexid orders that are purchased from our continuity programs and returned will not be sent back unless requested by the customer, and the customer agrees to pay a $10.00 Re-Shipment Fee.
Return Shipping Method and Refunds
Refunds on Protexid orders cannot be issued without a return material authorization number (called a RMA#) and without returning all of your Protexid bottles. Please be sure to include all of your Protexid bottles in your return, even if opened. Please ship your product order back to us via trackable UPS or USPS method to insure proper crediting.

If you are returning your Protexid product due to ingredient matters, ingestion sensitivity matters or other concerns, please call our Customer Care Department first at 1-866-523-5654. Our professional customer care agents can assist you with many of your Protexid product queries, and can provide you with the required return material (RMA) instructions.
